Is there really no upfront cost?
Correct. P3 finances the equipment and installation. You pay a fixed monthly subscription, with nothing due for the battery system at signing.
What happens during a power outage?
Your SolarEdge Nexis system detects the outage and automatically transfers your selected home loads to battery power. No action is needed.
How do I choose between Short Stack and Full Stack?
The 40 kWh Short Stack is designed for essential backup and time-of-use optimization. The 80 kWh Full Stack provides twice the stored energy and two 11.5 kW AC inverters for broader whole-home capability and longer outages.
How does the TOU savings estimate work?
Your battery charges during lower-cost periods and can serve your home during higher-cost periods. The displayed estimate is illustrative; actual savings vary by utility schedule and usage pattern.
What is the utility screening fee?
The $170 fee covers the utility interconnection application. If you pass the required screenings and elect to move forward, the utility will also require a $150 cost-sharing fee. P3 prepares the application and guides you through each step.
